In voting editor click "Add Candidate". You can add manually (name + photo) or upload an Excel file with many candidates at once. You can also allow self-registration of candidates.

In voting settings enable "Shuffle Candidates". Each scanner will see candidates in a different random order - prevents bias based on list position.

Move to the "Results" phase. You can display as an animated flipbook (exciting countdown!) or regular view. You can also hide results from voters until you choose to reveal.

In Q.Vote settings, go to the "Branding" tab. You can set: logo, background image/color, primary colors, custom titles, and button styles. Make the voting experience match your event's look.

Thresholds define color changes as the bar fills up. Default: red at low, orange building up, yellow at halfway, green for success. You can customize colors and the success percentage (default 65%).

Q.Hunt is a competitive QR code scanning race! Scatter multiple codes around a venue, and teams compete to scan as many as possible. Perfect for team building events, exhibitions, and corporate activities.

Create a folder and enable "Hunt Mode" in folder settings. Add multiple codes to the folder - each will be a station in the hunt. Print the codes and scatter them around your venue.

When a team scans a code, they earn points. You can assign different point values to different codes. The team with the most points wins! Set time limits for extra excitement.

Yes! The hunt has a real-time leaderboard that updates as teams scan codes. Display it on a big screen at your event to boost the competitive spirit.

Q.Treasure is a sequential treasure hunt experience! Participants follow a series of stations, each with clues leading to the next. Add videos, riddles, and challenges at each stop.

Create a folder with "Treasure Hunt" mode. Add codes in order - each becomes a station. The first station is the starting point, and each subsequent station reveals after scanning the previous one.

Absolutely! Each station can include: text clues, images, YouTube videos, riddles to solve, and more. Make it as simple or elaborate as you want.

Participants see their progress through the hunt - how many stations they've completed and what's next. You can add a final celebration screen when they complete all stations.

Q.Tag is a smart registration and check-in system for events. Guests register through an online form, receive a personal QR code via WhatsApp, and at the event the scanner identifies them instantly. Includes real-time guest management, arrival statistics, and support for plus-ones (+1).

Create a new code and select "Q.Tag". Set up event details: name, date, time, and location. In the "Branding" tab customize the design - background, logo, colors, and style. In the "Settings" tab set registration limits, plus-ones, and scanner PIN code.

When you enable "Phone Verification" in settings, guests enter their phone number during registration and receive a verification code via WhatsApp. Registration only completes after successful verification. This prevents duplicate registrations and ensures real phone numbers.

Click "Scanner" on the Q.Tag management page. Point the camera at the guest's QR code - the system identifies them instantly and shows their details. You can protect the scanner with a PIN code. There's also manual check-in and quick guest addition.

On the Q.Tag management page click "Guest Management". You'll see all registered guests with real-time status (registered/arrived/cancelled). You can search, filter by status, undo check-in, delete guests, and export to Excel.

When a guest registers with phone verification, they automatically receive a QR link via WhatsApp. You can also resend from the guest management page - click "Send QR via WhatsApp" next to the guest's name.

Q.Games is a real-time multiplayer game system. Players register with a name and selfie, then compete 1v1 in games like Rock-Paper-Scissors, Odd One Out, Tic-Tac-Toe and Memory. Includes a live leaderboard on the big screen and an option to play against a bot.

On the dashboard, click 'Mini Games' in the experience creation menu. Choose which games to enable, set up a theme with custom colors, and share the QR code. Players scan and start playing directly from their phone.

The leaderboard updates in real-time showing top players. You can filter by game type and sort by score or win rate. Results are also displayed on the big screen for all participants to watch.

Widescreen mode displays the games on a wide screen (TV or projector) at events. Players play from their phones while results appear in real-time on the big screen - perfect for team building, bars and events.

A short timing game: tap to start the timer and try to stop it at exactly 10.00. A perfect stop is a "bool". Play with a buzzer in front of a big screen, or let the whole crowd play on their phones while the big screen shows a live leaderboard. Create it from the experiences menu and set the logo, colours, font, background and sounds in its settings.

Open the game on the computer connected to the screen and plug in a buzzer mapped to Enter or Space. Every press starts or stops the timer. In the settings, pick the corner scoreboard: gold dots per bool, an attempt counter, or lives per player. No buzzer? Play on phones (see the next question) or rent a buzzer from us.

In the game settings, under "How to play", choose "On phones" and save. Click "Open the board" and show it on the big screen. The board has a scan code: everyone scans and plays on their own phone, no sign-up. Whoever stops at 10.00 takes a selfie, types a name and goes up on the board. Ranking is by attempts until the bool; ties go to whoever got there first. Every new bool gets a full-screen celebration with the player's photo. You can also show a "closest" list for stops within one second of 10.00 and choose how many rows the board has.

When verification is on (the default), only players who hit a bool are asked for their phone number and a code sent on WhatsApp before they go up on the board. One phone number gets one spot, and you have the number to contact the winners. Turn verification off in the settings and every bool goes straight to the board. Attempts are counted on the server from the moment a round starts, so a bad round can't be "erased".

In the settings, in phone mode, open "Players, winners and board". You'll see every player with their attempts, bool and phone (click to open WhatsApp). You can hide a player from the board, remove an unsuitable photo, export everything to Excel, and reset the game between rounds. A reset permanently deletes all players and photos.

In experience editing (Riddle, Q.Vote, Q.Cal) there are design options: background color, text color, button colors. Choose from ready colors or enter a custom color.

A landing page appears when there are multiple media items in a code. It shows buttons to choose from. Click "Landing Page" on the code card to customize: background, colors, titles, and button style.

In landing page settings you can choose style (solid, outline, glass), layout (list or grid), and colors. You can also give custom names to each button instead of default names.

Click an image in the code and select "Media Link". Enter a URL and button name. When the viewer clicks the image, a button will appear leading to the link.

Click "New Library" in the Dashboard. Name the library and drag codes into it. Libraries help organize codes by project, event, or client.

Simply drag the code card and drop it on the desired folder. You can also move a code back to the main dashboard.

Click the three dots on the code card and select "Duplicate". A new copy will be created with a new QR code, but with the same content. Useful for creating variations.

Admins can click "Transfer Ownership" in the code menu, search for a user, and transfer. The code will completely move to the other user's account.

Click the clock icon on the media card. Set start and end dates, and optionally - daily active hours. The media will only appear at the times you've set.

When replacing a file, choose "Schedule Replacement" instead of "Replace Now". Select a date and time - and the file will be replaced automatically at the time you set. Perfect for changing menus or scheduled messages.

In the weekly calendar and other experiences, you can set when each item appears. For example: breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 15:00.

Two options: 1. In Dashboard - view count appears on each code card 2. In Analytics - click "Analytics" in the menu for detailed statistics

In the Analytics page you'll see breakdown by device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), views by hour of day, and views by date. Choose a date range for focused analysis.

A click report shows how many times links in your content were clicked - links in images, PDF buttons, and widgets. Helps understand what interests viewers most.
